この度は、一部のお客様の納品が当初の予定を遅れており大変申し訳ございません。
輸入材料が８割を占める中、世界情勢により、金具類、ソール、ホースバットレザーやクロムエクセルレザーなど各革の鞣しや染色原材料の高騰につき、各工場が生産を制限するなど12月〜３月中旬まで革の仕入れができない状況が続いておりました。
また、その後も革質が悪く、製品にする過程で、異常初見のない部分での破れなどにより、作り直しによる遅れが発生しております。
現在納品しているものは全て１パーツごとに検品して製作・納品しております。

Until then, we were unable to purchase leather. In addition, the quality of the leather was poor even after that, and during the process of making it into a product, there were tears in areas that did not appear abnormal at first. For some reason, there is a delay due to rework. All of the items we currently deliver are inspected for each part before manufacturing and delivery. We kindly ask for your understanding.
